The April program in Garafía is conceived as a thematic proposal centered around cheese, bringing together gastronomic, cultural, and leisure activities aimed at highlighting this emblematic local product, combining markets, tastings, and training in cheese tasting with nature-based experiences such as ethnographic hiking, as well as festive initiatives, workshops, and participatory activities that showcase livestock traditions and local heritage within a setting of community engagement and cultural outreach.
