Santa Cruz de La Palma revives one of the most striking episodes in its history with Corsair Day, a historical reenactment that transports visitors to the attack by the French corsair François LeClerc in 1553. The historic center transforms into a large outdoor stage, where actors and participants bring to life itinerant scenes that recreate the landing and siege of the city.
